This cuff is adjustable however i strongly advise to set the sides to the perfect measurement for your wrist to be able to slide it on and off so its tight to slide on but comfortable to wear and leave it.
While it is adjustable the more you bend any metal back and forth it creates whats called 'work hardening' and can eventually crack the metal.
Mind you this takes a lot of bending back and forth! I would just hate to see this piece crack 10 years down the track!
